- Training pay rate: $25.00 per hour.
- Route-ready driver pay average, first year (after training): $75-80K.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
- Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
