The Ecommerce Coordinator is a new role that will support Frontier Co-op’s ecommerce strategic growth initiatives. The role is responsible for a wide variety of marketing support and administrative functions, including coordinating and assembling account plans, executing website content updates and assisting with data and reporting. The successful candidate will bring high energy and excellent communication skills to effectively interface with a wide variety of cross functional teams to help deliver key business objectives. This position will be located in our Norway, Iowa facility, which is located just 15 minutes southwest of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for administration of Marketplace account plans, including assisting with maintaining Sales Planning checkbooks.
  • Pulls reporting from a wide variety of sources on a regular basis and formats as needed.
  • Works directly with brand managers, QA, purchasing, IT, PD, Content, Finance and other departments to communicate, update and deliver a wide variety of assets in a timely manner.
  • Provides team support on various projects including, but not limited to, development of merchandising solutions, packaging, forecasting, project management and creative materials.
  • Manages execution of brand calendars on Direct channels, including website updates and email marketing.
  • Creates and manages Purchase Orders and credit card statements.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward.
  • Keeps informed of industry and competitive trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or related field; and 2 to 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as highly detailed professional, scientific, and technical journals, and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company. Outstanding written and oral communication skills are critical.

QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Ability to comprehend the financial principles. Ability to use a computer to create customized spreadsheets, charts and reports, presentations, and interpret data.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Detail and results oriented.
  • Ability to interface effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are a plus.
