Resourcing and Process Management

Search

Identification of suitable candidates with consistent market (networking) & skillset

understanding.

Responsible for carrying out searches to identify and interview candidates for live vacancies.

  • Resourcing candidates: Utilizing the right tools and resources when identifying and

attracting candidates

  • Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure they are fully suitable (i.e., both

qualified and interested) for the position.

  • Building and maintaining the high-quality Thomas Thor reputation by consistent high-quality communication and relationship management with all candidates and

applicants.

Process

Owner & controller of candidate engagement & placement throughout the recruitment

lifecycle

Responsible for supporting the management of the full recruitment process with candidates.

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Owner of direct advertising posting and management of all applicants, with

appropriate communication to the resourcing function.

  • Assisting the Senior Members of your team with shortlisting of candidates for

presentation to clients, interview preparation and organization

  • Managing the interview, offer & acceptance process

o Delivering a high-quality candidate service experience

  • Post-placement candidate relationship management and engagement

o Developing candidate relationships to increase repeat business

o Managing contractors who are on site working for our clients through Thomas

Requirements

  • Desirable - Degree qualified in Social Science, Business or associated subject
  • Desirable - Previous experience in a dynamic client facing sales / recruitment role
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Potential to understand and disseminate technical detail
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Pro-active, Self-Starter with a driven attitude – Strong ability to collaborate
