We are seeking an experienced estimating professional to help elevate us in becoming one of the most successful commercial construction companies in the Bay Area!

You will help us develop more effective estimating procedures, create bids that win new work and drive sales, foster subcontractor and vendor relationships, and raise our level of customer satisfaction to new heights. Focus:
You will start with 2-3 bids per month in the $2-$20 million range and develop the pipeline over the next year. We’re seeking not only a master estimator and good teammate, but someone who is an intimate member of the team in supporting our clients, and project management team. You’ll hone your estimating skills to the point where you’ll become our strategic and competitive advantage.

The Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • 5 plus years of construction experience
  • 2 plus years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
  • Experience with public works bids / bid day environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills.
  • US Work Authorization
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary of $120,000 - $140,000
  • Accrued Vacation/Sick time and Holiday Pay
