Sensor Systems is a small manufacturing business in Saint Petersburg, FL. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Our company is seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to fill an open position with our company. The position requires advanced skills related to administrative duties, expertise in monitoring emails and expertise with managing schedules. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Review emails and schedule calender reminders and meetings.
- Attend to phone calls, checking visitors in, etc.
- Prepare travel arrangements and handle travel-related details.
- Handle correspondence and maintain office filing system.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the executive's business interests and operations as it relates to the work of the organization.
- Support other high level individuals as needed.
- Aid Accounting/HR in clerical support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
