Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant carries out the day-day functions of the Administrative Office. He/she performs administrative duties for the CEO and CNO. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel and meeting arrangements; proofreads edits and updates a variety of documents; monitors and maintains office inventory and supply levels; preparing reports and developing spreadsheets and slide presentations using Power Point. Requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required. All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent office/clerical experience.
AA Degree preferred
Certification in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
