About the job

We are seeking an energetic Executive Recruiter to support team growth through new business development and recruitment of candidates. This is a Full-Desk opportunity that will comprise both recruiting and new business development.

Business Development

• Contact new leads, contacts, and clients
• Selling a suite of solutions: Temp, Temp-To-Hire, Contract, Project, Perm, & Consulting Services
• Network with industry executives and renowned associations
• Compile market intelligence – compensation models, system implementations, KPIs
• Schedule Meetings with high-level executives to present our recruiting services.
• Create client relationships to assist in billing/revenue generation - GET PAID

Candidate Recruitment

• Source hard-working candidates for your growing book of business clients
• Utilize a variety of recruitment methodologies to attract new candidates – This includes the composition of creative yet effective marketing campaigns on social media, job boards, Ect.
• Conduct thorough interviews with professionals to determine their technical skills, work history, abilities, and value outside of plain sight
• Determine True Matches to client job descriptions with candidates prepared to thrive in their work environment.
• Conduct skill assessments with our recruitment tools to evaluate the skill and ability of candidates

Requirements

• BA preferred in related line of business industry
• Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
• 0-1+ years of work experience ACCEPTING ENTRY LEVEL APPLICANTS
• Proven work ethic with a drive that shows up - Can you do that?
• Staffing industry experience not required - Hard-working socialites only - We want you!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
