Family Law Attorney
Reputable Family Law firm is looking to hire an Associate Attorney to grow and support their established Family Law practice. Looking for a highly motivated individual who seeks to establish their career and sharpen their skills under the mentorship of experienced and well-respected family law attorneys.
Family Law Attorney Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Family Law
- Experience in property division, spousal support, divorce process, paternity, custody litigation and other domestic matters preferred
- Experience with motions, depositions, mediations, pretrial conferences and trial experience preferred
- Ability to handle caseload from intake to completion
- Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
- Strong academic background preferred
- Ability to work in a collegial office
- Licensed in MA in good standing
