Knowledge of current best practices in farming and dairy work and their associated work procedures and methods; responsible for all general maintenance and repair of farm related equipment, performs a variety of farm related work, including, but not limited to, planting and harvesting crops; milking and feeding cows; must also be skilled in the operation and maintenance of all types of farm equipment. Must have experience repairing and maintaining diesel equipment and a valid driver’s license.
Duties require knowledge of farm work equivalent to completion of a high school diploma and one to three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of current best practices in farming and dairy work and knowledge of the tools and equipment used in farming.
