The Fellows Program Manager designs, launches and administers the Fellows Program for Panoramic Health. This position will manage recruitment and selection to engage nephology fellows for Panoramic Health’s practices. This position will help bridge the hiring gap for practice managers and fellows by developing and executing strategic recruitment plan.

This is a virtual role and can located from any city in the US. Our headquarters are in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities include:
  • Build strong partnerships with universities to connect with the fellows.
  • Plan and host networking events to build brand recognition for the organization.
  • Plan and participate in the annual American Society of Nephrology (ASN) event.
  • Develop and maintain a data base of Fellows’ information for pipeline hiring.
  • Arrange and lead fellow participation activities with the practices.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the practices, university fellows program directors, and the fellows.
  • Foster strong communication with fellows via email, social media, in-person meetings, and other interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create collateral for fellows’ engagement.
  • Work with external consultants to build and maintain the program and report on metrics and outcomes on a regular basis.
  • Streamline the sourcing process across all practices.
  • Cultivate relationships with the practices to understand their talent needs.
  • Manage the employment sponsorship process for fellows and Legal counsels.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related field.
  • 5 plus years of program management or relevant experience, including experience supervising and mentoring early-career professionals preferred.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a Fellows Program.
  • Experience with tracking fellowship statistical information and creating reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to toggle between strategy and successful execution.
  • Ability to learn and understand the priorities, challenges, and opportunities with each university’s Fellows Program.
  • Ability to ideate successful programs based on effective discovery and needs assessment.
  • Ability to build and manage complex Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
This role has a salary range of $85,596 - $109,135 and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
