A multidisciplinary physical healthcare facility seeking an experienced full-time patient coordinator / front desk staff.

Ideal candidate is friendly, self-motivated, and has an outgoing personality. This position requires good organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Experience in healthcare, ChiroTouch EMR, medical billing, and/or medical terminology would put the applicant at the top of the hiring list.

Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Staff Responsibilities:

-Greeting and checking in patients
-Answer phones and schedule patients
-Verify insurance
-Enter patient information into the electronic medical record
-Collect copayments
-Scheduling referrals for advanced imaging (MRIs, CT scans)
-Filing/data entry
-Maintaining efficient office flow
-Ensure general cleanliness of the work environment
-Being available for occasional outside marketing events

The full-time hourly position is around thirty five hours per week. Pay is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
