Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products, a leading product development and promotional marketing company, seeks a Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team! This individual will work as part of a multi-faceted team to support the marketing efforts of our various brands.
Your Responsibilities
- Design icons, illustrations, image treatments, infographics and other visual elements for online and offline applications
- Create high level branding material for a variety of companies & corporations
- Collaborate with product designers and photographers to elevate the look of products and product collections
- Create collateral applied to a wide range of marketing materials (catalog covers & pages, emails, print ads, flyers, banner ads, downloadable content/PDFs and similar projects) for assigned brands
- Stay abreast of design trends and best practices in digital and traditional marketing design, and make appropriate recommendations to the marketing teams
- Collaborate effectively with production artists, ensuring adherence to approved designs & brand standards
- Actively participate in design discussions and reviews with marketing teams, incorporating feedback effectively to deliver a high-quality work product
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed on time, error-free, and in line with established design and brand standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
You Must Have:
- Design-related degree (minimum of Associate’s degree)
- Basic understanding of 4-color print process
- Comfort using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in typography, including as an illustrative element
- Attention to detail and be proactive learner
- Ability to collaborate with others and work as a team
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work independently and self-manage while working in a hybrid office environment
- Ability to be communicative, flexible and precise under tight deadlines
- Ability to submit examples of work with your resume
We Would Also Prefer:
- Excellent communication – written, verbal and listening
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
