Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of our community and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations. Essential duties are listed, but not limited to:

Grounds Maintenance – Knowledge of the techniques, tools, practices, procedures and materials related to grounds maintenance and landscaping.

Performing routine manual labor duties, landscaping and ground maintenance.

Equipment Operation – Knowledge of the proper use in operating, inspecting and maintaining our equipment.

Safety - Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, and safety regulations.

Manual Labor - Ability to perform manual labor for long periods of time, and in all types of weather conditions.

Communication – Ability to communicate, listen and understand directions

Pump Sewers - Willing to train

Mowing - Must be physically able and willing to mow lawns

Maintain a clean environment - Keeping park clean, as well as all bathrooms and park trash receptacles.

Reliability Must be Dependable and Reliable.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must be 18 years of age. Requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires walking, standing, stooping, lifting, digging, pushing, pulling involving exerting between 20 to 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis.
