The IT Systems Analyst will be primarily responsible for fielding enterprise monitoring notifications, after hour support jobs and triage inbound support incidents. They will have responsibility for helping monitor and support our IT infrastructure, containing many servers over multiple geographic locations in an enterprise environment. Weekend and late night shift availability. Part time position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
  • Support/Administer/Troubleshoot Active Directory and Group policy
  • Troubleshoot and help administer: DNS, DHCP, Exchange, RADIUS
  • Assist with administration of VMware systems and infrastructure.
  • Maintain server security, provide user and technical support, perform server upgrades, apply system patches, and other duties as assigned.
  • Serve as a contact for infrastructure outages and communicate the status of the outage to infrastructure management, which may include after-hours support.
  • Follow documented procedures for administering and maintaining systems and technologies. Make recommendations for corrections in documentation when needed.
  • Escalate problems to other team members to help reach quick problem resolution and ensure high uptime.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • 1-3+ years of Windows support experience
  • 1-3+ years of *nix support experience
  • Experience with user AD, account management, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with O365, Teams, Email, Web Servers
  • Experience with Windows Administrative tasks
  • Experience with health monitoring and backups
  • Professional industry certifications preferred
  • 2 year College degree or equivalent experience
