PadMatch Realty is a thriving full service real estate brokerage in the heart of Boston. A young company, hungry and rapidly growing. We have 3 locations in the West End, Fenway and in Allston and we are hiring at all 3! All are centrally located with frequent walk-ins. Our reputation and high splits have enabled us to establish a strong presence, yearly growth and the opportunity for new and experienced real estate agents to join our vibrant team. As an agent, you will become part of a dynamic, fast-paced and extremely supportive and professional environment. We work hard and have fun!

We are an independent brokerage, not a huge chain. This means you get one-on-one support and training straight from the Marketing Manager and the Principal Broker who are both passionate about seeing agents succeed! We specialize in leasing apartments and condos to students, working professionals, even CEO's and professional athletes all throughout the city. We are always hiring both new and experienced agents to join our team for apartment rentals, the "busy season" is always here or coming up! Getting started is easy with our system.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Detailed orientated with solid organizational skills
• Professional demeanor
• Skilled at developing relationships
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Must have a valid MA real estate license. Experience with rentals/leasing is a plus but we will train.
• A cell phone
• A car is a plus, but not mandatory.
