Russell Landscape is looking for a creative and hard-working candidate to join our gardening and seasonal color team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of gardening, including preparing and maintaining the soil, planting and caring for various types of plants, weeding, and pruning. We're seeking someone who is comfortable working outdoors and enjoys being outside.
Responsibilities:
- Complete routine maintenance in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Provide custom landscaping services growing plants for their clientele.
- Learn about a wide range of plants and gardening techniques; Work with customers to address any questions or concerns. Seasonal Color Crew Leader

The seasonal color crew leader is the first line of leadership at Russell Landscape. You are in charge of not only ensuring that our team provides Russell Landscape caliber service safely and efficiently but also ensuring our team is learning and being trained to ensure everyone one of your team members is progressing to achieve their goals as we ensure the same for you.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2+ years of crew leadership experience and/or seasonal color experience;
- A valid driver's license and clean MVR;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A desire to train and teach;
- Drive and determination to achieve promotions and excellence.
