Housekeeper – Kroontje Health Care Center

Warm Hearth is looking for a customer service oriented candidate to join our Housekeeping Department at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of “Fostering a person-centered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.”

Requirements:

• Must be vaccinated against COVID 19 with current up to date record or have a qualifying medical or religious exemption.
• Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.

Job duties include:

• Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner
• Keep common areas and resident rooms clean and neat
• Assist in laundry ensuring proper washing, folding, and storage
• Ensuring proper infection control at all times
• Communicate suggestions from residents to managers
• Lifting 25lbs

Shifts/Hours/Schedules:

• Day Shift (Full Time) Every other weekend.

Compensation:
The starting pay rate for this position is $13.00 per hour with annual pay raises in January of each year.

• Eligibility for scholarship programs to pay for other certifications and college education
• Participate in various committees and focus groups on campus.
