The job includes following a cleaning checklist while going thru the resort rooms/vacation homes (1 bedrooms - 4 bedrooms) between guest stays. Your job will require a high degree of attention to detail , and will be be accomplished thru task driven teamwork. You will work in groups of 2 and you will have to prioritize your jobs to ensure that our high standards of quality are being met for our next group of owners who will be staying in the units. • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and kitchens
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills

Pay:

$12.00 per hour starting out, and is paid weekly on Friday. 40 hours guaranteed if wanted.

Medical insurance in 90 days.

Work Schedule:

All Shifts Available if you Apply Soon. You will work 5 Days On, with 2 Consecutive Days off (YEAR ROUND JOB). Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays as required.

Experience Required:

No prior experience is Necessary, but certainly preferred and will impact the starting pay of the position.

Knowledge and skills

• Ability to complete work orders that are assigned whether they are assigned individually or if they are assigned to be completed while working with others.
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments
• Ability to communicate with supervisors and managers when problems arise.
• Your specific Technical & Trade Skills will be discussed during the interview
