What You Will Do:


  • Attract, assess and bring in the best talents for the team
  • Implement employee life cycle management, including new hires, onboarding/orientation, promotions, exit process, etc.
  • Serve as a point of contact to team members, answer questions, and help employees navigate all aspects of HR
  • Maintain and update internal HR documentation, including transfer/promotion letters and immigration postings
  • Support in the delivery of HR programs and processes related to workforce planning, employee engagement, performance reviews, promotion process, talent development, and overall talent management
  • Support employee performance management and helps with year-end compensation activities, performs compensation market analysis, participates in and analyses compensation survey data, stays up to date on market trends
  • Remain up to date on local employment legislation and compliance

What You will need:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting/HR generalist role, understanding labor law and local regulation
  • Experience in project management and delivering results with excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of the US job market and working with external talent communities
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners and influence at multiple levels of an organization while prioritizing competing demands
  • Self-directed, highly motivated to work with a sense of urgency, problem-solving capabilities, creative thinker, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in quant industry, especially high-frequency trading firms preferred
