Inside Sales Representative position in Lebanon, PA in the Gift and Home décor industry.

Audrey’s - Your Heart’s Delight is a leading design and wholesaler of artistic Home and Seasonal décor. (www.yourheartsdelight.com). It all started with Audrey, who grew up on a dairy farm in Lancaster County, PA, but her real passion was dreaming up handmade crafts and products. At first, she sold her products in her parents' general store. Over 40 years later, Audrey’s is selling to retailers throughout the USA and Canada. We currently have an opening to join our in-house sales team.

• Good communications skills
• Ability to interact with customers at trade shows and over the phone
• Internet savvy, data entry skills for entering orders and general computer skills
• Must have clear understandable diction over the phone
• Self-motivated and disciplined. Looking for a career not just a job
• Ability to be trained in a new process of selling.
• Desire to learn good sales and marketing skills
• Sales experience is not necessary since we will train

You will be contacting existing customers and prospects to gain orders and reorders. The in-house sales and marketing team members travel several times a year to trade shows to meet with and assist customers. Our customers are independent retailers that consist of home accessory stores, home décor stores, gift shops, garden centers and furniture stores. They then follow up with customers in putting together their orders and making recommendations. The inside salesperson maintains and services their own customer base from our offices in Lebanon, PA. Rather than traveling to see our customers in their stores, we communicate with them thru phone calls, email, show appointments and at times using a “screen share” app just as if we were physically in front of the customer.

You will be trained for several weeks by an industry professional in the skills and techniques of successful sales and marketing. You will continue to learn from our designers, our management team and our great base of customers.

Compensation: A base salary of $34k plus commissions with potential earnings of $45k to $55k; 401k and health benefits offered.
