Responsibilities:

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent:

  • Engage with warm leads generated through our extensive marketing efforts, eliminating the need for cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients and recommend appropriate life insurance coverage solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our client-focused life insurance products.
  • Utilize our comprehensive sales training and support resources to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

As a Sales Team Manager:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented sales professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to your team members, helping them achieve their sales targets and personal growth objectives.
  • Drive sales performance by focusing on lead-generated sales and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to foster high-performance sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in life insurance sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
