Inventory Clerk

CAE, the worldwide leader in aviation training is looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our Phoenix Aviation Academy in Mesa, AZ.

In this role, the Inventory Clerk will work 4:10 Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday (from) 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in activities related to sourcing, procuring, and tracking needed materials and supplies for CAE facilities.
• Work with the Supply Chain Specialist in maintaining visibility, traceability, and payment of open and closed POs for CAE facilities.
• Issue tools and parts to mechanics as needed.
• Perform the warranty processing cycle for parts as needed.
• Update internal database accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with tool calibration, tracking, and hazardous materials.
• Assist in maintaining appropriate FAA compliance within the CAE Parts room.
• Replenish inspection carts, hardware racks, and liquid consumables.
• Be Internal/External customer-friendly and service-oriented.
• Assists with physical inventory counts and maintain a perpetual inventory bin-maintenance system.
• Operate Forklift and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a Buyer role is highly valued.
• Customer service-oriented and motivated to learn and grow.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
