We are expanding our team and looking for a IT Support Engineer / Helpdesk Technician, where our ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tickets and tracking multiple tasks to completion, while ensuring that each customer is given your absolute best care. Our ideal candidate will find success in bringing the following skills to this opportunity:

· Good understanding of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems

· Hands-on experience installing and repairing computer hardware

· Works with other technicians and engineers related to escalations and projects

· Very good understanding of IP networking and Microsoft active directory

· Perform advanced client software installations and upgrades, often liaising with vendors

· Perform server RAID configurations and OS installs

· Ability to diagnose networking failures correctly and provide remediation where possible

· Ability to effect simple network cable repair

· Ability to differentiate various power and UPS requirements

· Troubleshoot system and network-wide issues and problems

· Install and configure switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment through the use of VLANS, basic rules, and routes

· Ability to configure, adjust, and troubleshoot virtual machine servers correctly

· Ability to resolve basic to intermediate level telephony and VoIP issues

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
