In this role, you’ll get to:

• Process daily inventory transactions (purchases and usages), perform physical count and reconcile at month end
• Update inventory count and maintain inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
• Assist accounting manager processing payroll and related payroll compliance tasks
• Internal controls – gather information/insights on current processes and internal controls; work with management to implement changes to drive efficiencies and strengthening of controls
• Any other ad hoc projects the organization requires
• Assist accounting manager and senior accountant with additional month-end tasks
• Other general accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance related
• General understanding of GAAP
• Strong skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Highly detail oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Strong mathematical skills and analytical skills
• Must be willing to complete background check
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000 Annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In Office, one day Remote)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
