We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Life Sciences department based in our headquarter in Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels area, Belgium.

As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on our growing EU activities in Clinical Trial Supply Optimization throughout our existing EU customers. You will focus on N-SIDE existing clients portfolio, keeping those relationships going and exploring new opportunities for collaboration/new revenue streams.

Our ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding SaaS solution sales quotas, as well as an innate ability to establish customer relationships. He or she will have strong sales acumen and will actively participate in N-SIDE's growth in the market (over 50% year-on-year).


What you’ll do

  • Join a company with a strong team culture, passionate about innovation. Collaborate closely with colleagues and Life Science partners for driving change in the Life Science R&D industry
  • Establish, maintain and extend client relationships
  • Educate current users and new departments on the added value of an innovative, digital, software solution designed to help make better decisions.
  • Collaborate with the different Account Managers and our Consulting Team to follow up on existing contract implementation through regular meetings and business reviews
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive discussions with the relevant stakeholders, to ensure a successful up-sales and cross-sales cycles
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to build N-SIDE Suite product momentum and increase N-SIDE market share
  • Manage the entire sales (quote, proposal, PO, invoicing) cycle through Salesforce CRM.
  • Drive quarter over quarter incremental sales and revenue for N-SIDE Clinical Trial Supply Optimization business
  • Collect competitive intelligence and share information to colleagues and management

About you

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years experience min in B2B sales and/or account management (experience in SaaS solutions in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus!) is a plus
  • Prior knowledge of clinical supplies and/or associated network is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • You have outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • You have a growth mindset with ambition and self-motivation
  • You have great time management and organizational skills
  • You are an active listener and analytical thinking ability
  • You are proactive and a digital enthusiast. You like innovation.
  • You are a collaborative team player while having a proven ability to work independently
  • You are eager to learn and collaborate with partners from multiple cultures and locations
  • You are fluent in English.

~ 20 to 40% (within Europe)
