Role : Kitchen Aid

Contract : Student or Extra/Temporary contract

Workplace : Jardin Hospice and/or Jardin Hiver

- Rue du Grand Hospice 7, 1000 Brussels

- Chemin du Croquet 1, 1000 Brussels

Responsibilities

• Preparing meal ingredients, which includes cutting, and slicing ingredients.

• Grilling burgers and frying croquettes.

• Unload food supplies from delivery trucks.

• Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.

• Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.

• Neat presentation of the food on food platters

• Removing garbage and replacing garbage bags

• Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.

• Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.

Profile

• Proven experience helping in kitchen settings.

• The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.

• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
