The MSW is expected to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on the physical ability, intellectual development, psycho social, education and safety needs of the adolescent, adult and/or geriatric patient.

The Licensed Group Clinician (LGC) is responsible for providing individual and group psychotherapies for individuals in the outpatient Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This includes facilitating program groups and case coordination with individuals being treated for mood and anxiety disorders. LGCs are licensed by the State of New Hampshire to assess, diagnose, and deliver reimbursable therapy by third-party payers. LGCs are responsible for maintaining the program structure for the PHP program, and program development within the confines of the Department's treatment philosophy. The LGC will report to the PHP Manager and Behavioral Health Services Director.

Position Qualifications:

• Education Required: Master's Degree in Social Work. Licensed or license eligible as a Social Worker in the State of New Hampshire.
• Experience: at least 1-3 years of experience as a Social Worker, with 1-2 years in the acute hospital setting preferable.
• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with a broad range of community services and resources.
