PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Logistician to support our customer in the Patuxent River, MD area. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description Summary

Analyzes and coordinates the ongoing functions of multiple projects. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, tracking status, reporting of parts and consumables, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Independently performs supply chain functions that may include receiving, warehousing, shipping, procurement, accuracy of logistics IT databases, item unique identification management, hazardous and controlled materials management, Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services support, and other related functions.
• Develop and maintain supply chain performance statistics
• Develop and submit monthly and other contract reports

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience logistics supply chain functions
• Ability to obtain Secret level clearance
• Must always maintain confidentiality and always represent the Company in a positive manner
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others.
• Use programs required to complete assigned work, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.
• Applies effective networking and teamwork skills to carry out job responsibilities

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, business, computer science, or IT discipline
• An associate’s degree and an additional four years of additional work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.
• Or an additional six years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
