We are looking for Maintenance Techs to join our facility in Montpelier OH this role will be responsible for maintaining the production equipment, the building, and support equipment in the Forgeworks manufacturing operation so they are available to achieve the production goals and objectives.

This is a night shift position from 6pm-6am

We are looking for a Machine Operator I to join our facility in Montpelier OH this role will be responsible for producing parts to the production schedule while following safety, operating and quality guidelines and instructions.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Work safely and promote the safety of those working around you; help build a proactive safety culture
• Meet Forgeworks' customers' demand by operating the forging, cleaning, and machining equipment including:
• Job setup – tool assembly and installation
• Running the job following JSWPs and quality processes
• Clean up and preparation for the next job
• Meet or exceed the quality expectations of the customer as defined by the Engineering and Quality organizations by following the quality process
• Periodic part inspection
• Participate in root cause analysis
• Meet or exceed financial targets by achieving operating performance targets such as yield and operating efficiency
• Additional Accountabilities
• Read and interpret dimensional layouts when needed
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and NSF standards
• Perform operator based preventative maintenance.
• Shipping, receiving and utility work
• Process audits
• Sorting product needed for shipment
