Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of our community and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations. Essential duties are listed, but not limited to:

Performing routine manual labor duties, landscaping and ground maintenance.

Grounds Maintenance – Knowledge of the techniques, tools, practices, procedures and materials related to grounds maintenance and landscaping including lawn mowing.

Snowplowing - Knowledge and ability to run a snowplow truck.

Well and lagoon - Knowledge of wells, water and lagoon testing.

Equipment Operation – Knowledge of the proper use in operating, inspecting and maintaining our equipment.

Manual Labor - Ability to perform manual labor for long periods of time, and in all types of weather conditions.

Reliability - Must be dependable and reliable.

Communication – Ability to communicate, listen and understand directions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must be 18 years of age. Requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires walking, standing, stooping, lifting, digging, pushing, pulling involving exerting between 20 to 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis.

Job Types: Full-time / Part-time

Monday through Friday with nights and weekend availability for being on call due to snowplowing and emergencies.

Pay: From $1,650.00 per month

Experience:

• landscaping/grounds maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Snow plowing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
