Maintenance Person
Job description
Full time maintenance person is needed for 100-unit apartment complex in New Smyrna Beach. 2 years minimum experience in plumbing, electrical and overall apartment maintenance including the experience to prepare a vacant apartment for new tenant to move in. Great working environment. Paid holidays and vacation after only 90 days plus overtime paid when needed. Work hours are 8:30am till 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and requires you be on call alternating weeks. Must be able to pass a background check.
