PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a Manufacturing client in Kalkaska who is actively looking to hire a qualified individual for a Maintenance Technician career. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical work, and more.

Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance on facility, grounds and equipment
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance program for the facilities and equipment
  • Assess systems, equipment and facilities to determine maintenance repairs that need to be performed
  • Set-up and move equipment
  • Maintain inventory of repair parts and perishable tooling
  • Keep work environment safe and support safety initiatives including inspections
  • Identify safety issues and work to correct
  • Additional duties as assigned

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing setting as a maintenance technician
  • Ability to set-up, maintain, and repair facility equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Computer experience
  • Must have strong electrical skills
