Walker Methodist Health Center offers skilled care, transitional care, rehabilitation and memory care for 330 residents and is located in Minneapolis.

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance work orders and respond to building emergencies. Join an amazing team and culture!!

Schedule:

Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, Day Shift Hours & Rotating on call schedule

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years' experience in physical plant maintenance or related field
• Current Minnesota driver's license and good driving record
• Painting experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC system maintenance and repairs, electrical/plumbing repairs and house, janitorial/housekeeping equipment, products and supplies
• Floorcare responsibilities
• Current Minnesota Special Class Boiler's License or ability to obtain within four months of hire
• Ability to work independently, organized and attend to detail in a timely manner
• Interest in regularly working near older adults
• Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
