• Maintains equipment inventories, records of equipment under warranty, tools, materials on hand and materials on order.

• Ensures contracted work conforms to company and regulatory policy.

• Routinely inspects work area for EHS hazards and identifies improvement opportunities.

• Directs vendors to perform duties set forth in contract statements of work.

• Participates in and provides input to periodic contract performance review meetings.

• Running litter vacuum throughout the property and emptying trash cans throughout the property on a daily basis. Gathering trash and recyclables from the rear of the detail shop daily and putting the items into the correct location.
