Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, organized management trainee to join our growing team in the Birmingham, AL market. This individual is to be responsible for completing all assigned tasks, which will include performing duties in all areas of the organization, gaining knowledge of operations, working on the inspection process, working on the production team, learning how to provide exceptional customer services experience to our customers, attending meetings, providing support and offering suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. To be successful as a management trainee, one should be trustworthy, reliable, demonstrate a high capacity to learn, be detail oriented and be able to promptly identify and solve problems. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership qualities, problem solving ability and effective interpersonal/customer service skills. promoting Crawlspace Medic’s brand through strategic contacts and partners, as well as inspecting, quoting, and selling the leads that are self-generated and generated online. After a successful training period of 1 to 2 years, this individual would be offered a management position in either Sales or Operations in the Birmingham, AL market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn how to perform crawl space inspections to identify, diagnose, and prescribe repairs for issues relating to moisture control and structural damage.
  • Learn how to prepare formal quotes on the repairs recommended from an inspection.
  • Learn all of crawlspace medics services by working with production crews on a routine basis
  • Learn how to pursue business development opportunities daily, in order to acquire new leads and inspections.
  • Learn how to manage the partner / vendor / customer relationship from the initial contact, inspection, quote delivery, follow up, and sale of the work.
  • Continuously coordinate with the Operating Partner and production crews to be resource to help meet the needs of business
  • Work closely with, and be trained by the Operating Partner on all aspects of the business.
  • Represent Crawlspace Medic with utmost professionalism and excellence.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Exhibit a “self-starter” mindset and willing to learn new skills continually
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Able to balance an efficient work schedule to maximize potential
  • Able to work effectively with the Crew Manager, Operating Partner, and production crews.
  • Able to learn, promote, educate homeowners, and sell Crawlspace Medic’s methods of repair.
  • High levels of proficiency and efficiency in general computer and technology use (email, web applications, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
