The Enterprise Functions & Corporate Segment Finance team provides the full life-cycle of financial support to several critical areas of the company, driving both the financial planning & analysis and decision support aspects. This Finance Manager will lead the financial coverage and support for Global Risk & Compliance (GRC), Internal Audit Group (IAG), and General Counsel Office (GCO), driving the annual financial planning & forecasting processes, supporting ongoing reviews & communication of monthly financial results, and providing financial analyses to help drive business decisions. This role will have high exposure to business partners, including the GRC Executive Office and other finance groups.

The Finance Manager will also play a significant role in refining how the Enterprise Functions Finance Team supports the critical organizations, adding value through ad hoc projects, decision support, and refining processes. The Finance Manager should be a dynamic individual who can communicate effectively with business and finance partners, drive key financial processes, deliver strong analytics, and manage complex tasks in a global organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the annual planning processes (Long Range and Annual Plan) for the Enterprise Functions groups listed above by liaising with BU partners to build plans that meet strategic business objectives and positively contribute to the Company’s earnings targets.

  • Provide proactive and insightful financial support and analysis to partners & leaders on a variety of business decisions, and ongoing processes like month end and risks & opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with business partners to build and clearly articulate investment plans that optimize the organization’s vision and strategy

  • Effectively communicate with Enterprise Functions and CP&A Teams on results, forecasts, investments, and overall financial planning processes

  • Lead cost benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment optimization.

  • Act as an Ambassador for Finance, encouraging and supporting the use of Finance tools and capabilities (including Opex Management Tool, Dashboards, Cornerstone, etc.).

  • Lead, motivate, and develop 1 Senior Financial Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills: ability to adapt messages to different audiences and simplify financial concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Builds and leverages relationships, using a strong network of partnerships across the organization to drive deliverables to closure. Brings partners along the journey

  • Ability to concisely and clearly articulate financial concepts to multiple audiences

  • Demonstrates critical thinking skills, including providing proactive thought leadership, challenging status quo, and breaking down/solving problems

  • Plans for medium and long term; is organized and proactive about his/her work and deliverables, sets and communicates timelines to the team and partners

  • Influences respectfully beyond direct authority and across band levels to drive results

  • Bachelor’s degree required – Finance or related field preferred

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Finance-related roles


Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
