Marco's Pizza in Anderson is looking for new team members!!!

Our franchise (MPZ Holdings DBA Marco's Pizza) is growing fast, we currently have 53 stores.

Because of this rapid growth, we are looking to find the right candidates and put them on the fast track to advancement!!!

We offer:

• Competitive pay starting at 8.00
• Full time or Part time flexible hourly shifts

Compensation negotiable based on customer service experience.
By starting as an Insider, you will learn the Marco's Pizza way from the ground up with full support and training. Customer service experience is a plus, but what we need most is big smiles and big hustle! Your positive attitude and hard work can earn you increased pay and a chance for promotion!

The Insider is responsible for taking orders, preparing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to demonstrate you are committed, hard-working, honest and friendly.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work (daily)
• Ability to work with computers
• Ability to assist the General Manager with team building
• Ability to coach and lead a team with no supervision
• Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
• Ability to communicate to all team members
• Sales Skills

Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to use their hands and arms repetitively, stand for extended periods of time, use their feet repetitively (specifically walking around), bend over, twist body and head, reach above shoulder level, kneel to ground level, push and/or pull, or move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally, the applicant may need to push and/or pull, or move and/or lift over 51 pounds.
