Job Duties

  • Actively participate in the robust strategic planning process for each market.
  • Participate in meetings with sales partners and other key stakeholders to review performance of the current marketing plan, discuss business needs, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Create, maintain, document, and execute all aspects of the integrated strategic marketing plans including collateral, promotional, print, events, and digital tactics.
  • Manage the creation and execution of enterprise marketing campaigns, as well as photo and video production, including developing and maintaining spreadsheets and other documentation.
  • Coordinate, develop, and prioritize the digital asset library.
  • Create or review copy and design elements. Provide feedback and guidance to creative partners to ensure intended marketing strategy is reflected in creative execution.
  • Develop collateral packages that meet sales needs and adhere to the overall brand guidelines.
  • Manage internal and external relationships to ensure all design and assets align to company’s brand guidelines and track against predetermined deadlines.
  • Develop and execute event plans, in conjunction with key stakeholders or community partners, as needed. Based on established plan, provide solutions for event marketing execution.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to promote company’s brand via social media.
  • Design strategies to actively track social media post-performance and strategize how to optimize content.
  • Benchmark competitor brand activation strategies and make recommendations on innovative and eye-catching approaches to increase employer brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely details of spend and provide reports related to tactical budgets.

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience

· Minimum of 3 years digital content creation, online community management, or marketing experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Basic graphic creation skills are required (using Canva or Adobe suite); Adobe InDesign skills with a keen eye for design preferred. Please include a link to sample work

· Basic photography and video editing skills preferred

Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
