Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Director with the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns to increase visibility and traffic
  • Deliver a range of ideas across different verticals including email, website, presentations, social media, and print collateral
  • Advance the firm’s presence through industry award submissions and press releases
  • Create and coordinates the design and layout of various materials
  • Work with copy and production teams to craft and deliver ideas thoughtfully
  • Concept development for packaging, web, portfolios, and a number of other graphic tasks
  • Producing artistic and detailed design drawings that effectively convey concepts and designs
  • Collaborate with design teams to visually communicate a variety of concepts
  • Design branded materials in both print and digital formats
  • Position the firm as a leader with concise messaging; graphically and written
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to support marketing strategy and company direction
  • Assist with third-party providers, including agencies and freelancers
  • Explore infographic inspiration and visualization technologies
Qualifications
  • BS Marketing, Graphic Development, or related emphasis required
  • Must be proficient in working with Adobe Creative Suite, website design, Issuu, Houzz, Pinterest, and 3D imaging
  • Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, and/or Hootesuite is a preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Ajera, Vantagepoint, or similar) is a plus
  • Experience and understanding of both Colorado and national architectural publications preferred
  • Salary Range: $56,000- $72,500 DOE and location
