Invo Healthcare has an outstanding opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join their team.

As a member of the marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will support lead generation initiatives in developing strong candidate and/or client pipelines that drive business growth across the organization. The ideal candidate will contribute by providing tactical support for lead-generation initiatives, executing on strategic initiatives in partnership with key functional areas and cross-departmental teams.

This role will support the marketing strategies creating efficiencies in administrative tasks such as writing instructional documents and customer service calls, generating leads, and overseeing the implementation of activities that support the overall growth of the organization and its development of candidate and client pipelines.

Key Accountabilities

80% Talent Recruitment Marketing

Lead generation, brand champion

  • Implement specific marketing plans as directed by marketing team to support lead generation initiatives through integrated multi-channel campaigns
  • Research and maintenance of online job board postings for third-party candidate websites, university partnership and recruitment sourcing outlets
  • Assist in the creation of playbook and internal training
  • Support the training, development, and enhancement of tools to increase social media use and effectiveness in talent acquisition
  • Track, monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and contribute to the creation of ROI reports to carry out strategic marketing plans

Content creation

  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion outreach efforts by developing upon established tactics including but not limited to direct mail, email campaigns, national conferences, webinars, and digital initiatives
  • Create, manage, and maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
  • Utilize marketing tools including but not limited to social media, job postings, Act On, Handshake, and provide feedback on usage and optimization

Networking, collaboration, and team/relationship building

  • Work with external partnerships and cross-departmentally to support overall growth and brand awareness
  • Assist in relationship building maintenance with educational institutions to enhance the talent pipeline for all levels of hiring within the organization
  • Partner with campus career services centers to stay up to date on-campus events
  • Assist in the development of presentations and host group events virtually to boost brand awareness and build a recruiting pipeline
  • Maintain all practicum site contracts renewal dates, assist in initiating new practicum site agreements as needed
  • Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of conference and community events

20% Client Services Marketing

  • Coordinate with center relationship teams for events
  • Develop and execute social media tactics to drive brand awareness for client events and services
  • Implement processes for online reputation to enhance digital footprint

Qualifications

Required

  • High School or GED equivalent Required; Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the industries and region

  • Sense of urgency and ability to be self-motivated
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Experience managing or coordinating large-scale event activities
  • Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting expectations and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills; proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with integrating various social media technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Experience working with a team in a virtual mode with remote resources
