We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to Greater Atlanta Women's Healthcare is an independent obstetrics and gynecology private practice. Our practice is centrally located in midtown Atlanta and is easily accessible via Interstate 75/85. We are affiliated with Emory Healthcare and Affiliated Healthcare Network and have admitting privileges at Emory University Hospital Midtown. Women in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas have been relying on us for quality obstetrics and gynecology care since 1987. We are looking for an experienced Medical Biller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies, verifying insurance coverage, and following up on unpaid claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing regulations and procedures, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Process and submit insurance claims.
• Analyze patient accounts and billing records.
• Verify accuracy of patient information and billing codes.
• Prepare and submit reports to management.
• Resolve discrepancies between insurance companies and patients.
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding billing issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
