We offer the following differentials on top of the hourly rate of pay:
Per Diem $2 per hour
Evening $3 per hour
Night $5 per hour
Weekend $2 per hour (in addition to applicable shift differentials)
Job Description

Performs a wide variety of routine and complex tests in all areas of the laboratory following established procedures with a minimum amount of supervision. Areas included are hematology, immunology, serology, bacteriology, chemistry and microscopy.

Commands knowledge of the laboratory information system.

Functions in areas of phlebotomy, specimen handling and processing and report distribution as required.
Job Qualifications

Able to read, write and speak the English language.

Associate degree from an accredited institution is recommended.

Certification as an MLT by the Board of Registry of ASCP, CLT by NCA, AMT or ISCLT is recommended. Must meet CLIA requirements for job position.

Experience is not required.

Approximately six months is required to learn the job for satisfactory performance. This will be evaluated by the laboratory manager.
