Medical Office Coordinator - Toledo and Surrounding - $12 per hour
Job description
We are looking for experienced Office Coordinators for a local Physical Therapy office! The locations available are in Toledo OH, Maumee OH, and Monroe MI!
Pay is $12-13/hr (depending on experience). Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and Friday is 8am-2pm!
Duties are as follows:
- Answering phone, use of fax machines, copier, scanners
- Greets and registers all appointments at the front desk
- Enters all registration information into the database, updates when necessary
- Computer skills, clerical skills, filing
- Discharges and schedules new appointments as needed
- Insurance verification
- Protects confidentiality in all interactions
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Background in medical terminology and insurance verification is recommended**
**Additional interview directly with the company is required before hire**
