Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30-3:30pm
- Would be on a Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation, in which one weekend every 8 weeks would be worked

To join this team please have the following
requirements:
- A working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, legal aspects of health information, coding, indexing, etc., preferred but not required.
- On-the-job training in medical record and health information system procedures is available but prior experience is a plus.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the public.
- File patient information appropriately in accordance with HIPAA and other state laws
- Ensuring the completion of filing charts is completed in a timely manner
- Supplying the nursing department with the necessary documentation, forms, and other medical supplies
- Organizing supplies and making sure that supplies are stocked on each unit and ordered/replaced for promptly when necessary
