• The ideal Member Services Coordinator is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests and thrives in a sales environment.
• This is NOT a receptionist job; it’s about providing exceptional service to our guests and members visiting us for their men's grooming services.

A day in the life:

• All reservations are handled OFFSITE, so you spend most of your time conversing with members and guests
• You’re educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based men’s grooming club
• You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas
• You’re playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar
• You’re completing all of our extensive personal and professional development training programs in order to be your best

Compensation

• In addition to great benefits, experienced full-time Sales Concierges with track records of success can earn up to $15/hour starting pay, plus commissions. Less experienced and/or part-time candidates should still apply and will still receive competitive hourly pay and growth!
