Your role at Sephora:
As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be the key support role to the merchant team assisting on all aspects of the day to day needs of the business. You will play a pivotal role in team admin, reporting, and data entry for product assortments. Reporting to the Merchant, you will:

  • Effectively communicate key information and changes with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Prepare for all brand meetings (schedule meetings, prepare reports and agenda, order lunches)
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reports (including sku, location, collection and subclass), send out Vendor monthly reports, and adhoc reports for merchant team
  • Work closely with brands and assistant merchant to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches and SKU ownership throughout the entire lifecycle of the SKU: creation, maintenance, and pricing
  • Manage price changes and brand chargebacks
  • Manage submission of complexion products to the production team
  • Lead comp collection from vendors for all departments: organize, collect and track
  • Assist with the creative review process for all in-store placements within brand portfolio, ensuring accurate product representation across gondolas, Beauty on the Fly and animations

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience
  • High level of initiative, able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to independently prioritize and manage time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to exercise utmost attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Digital literacy: proficient in Excel inclusive of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical competence.
  • Quickly learn new systems & tools.
  • A genuine interest in beauty and retail!


The target hourly pay for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
