IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MANDATORY COVID-19 VACCINATION: Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases related to the Delta variant (and possibly other strains), increased hospitalization and ICU utilization and guidance/mandates from applicable authorities, including the state and federal government, Lincoln Community Health Center has instituted a mandatory vaccination requirement for all_ employees as a condition of employment_. This requires all new hires to be “fully vaccinated” within 30 days of their applicable start date. “Fully vaccinated” currently means (a) 2 weeks after your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or (b) 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. Your vaccination status will need to be confirmed by providing proof of vaccination in a form satisfactory to Lincoln Community Health Center after_ an applicant receives a conditional offer of employment_. Lincoln Community Health Center has a process for receiving and evaluating vaccination exemption requests due to medical contraindication, disability, and sincerely held religious beliefs under applicable law. An applicant seeking such an exemption should contact Human Resources to initiate that process no later than two (2) business days_ after receiving a conditional offer of employment_. All information regarding vaccination status will be maintained in confidence in accordance with applicable law. Our policies on vaccination requirements and related COVID-19 protocols are subject to change based on changes in the law and applicable regulations, state and federal guidance, and trends within North Carolina and our local communities.

NUTRITIONIST
WIC

Knowledge of nutrition and ability to analyze dietary in assessing nutritional needs of individual groups. Must have the ability to present oral and written information before a group of people. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with community, organizations, other agencies and staff members. Graduation from an accredited college or university, with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition or public health nutrition. One (1) year experience in nutrition with particular emphasis in children’s health. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred. Registered Dietician (RD) certification preferred.
