Job description

Office manager is responsible for all aspects of office work in this small dealership. You will be preparing the monthly financial statement, posting accounts payable and receivables and deals, as well as purchasing into system new and used vehicles, reviewing schedules, payroll, daily deposit, and reconcilations of bank statements, dealer reserve, and dealer payment.

Five years of bookkeeping experience or degree in accounting necessary. We offer discounts on new or used autombile purchases, six paid holidays, health, dental, vision and life insurance, two weeks vacation and three personal days.

This person needs to be detail oriented, and organized. This position is perfect for a self starter who likes being active with different responsibilities during the day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
