We are looking for an office manager for a HVAC Company. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company as well as the upkeep of sales & repair operations. An excellent Manager must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have, technical skills and knowledge. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are essential. Company Vehicle will be provided.
Job Description:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- An eye for detail
- Computer savvy, Excellent Knowledge of MS Office / Excel
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Perfer experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Perfer work experience as a Sales Representative
- Perfer technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
- Perfer Knowledge of safety practices and regulations
- Perfer Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- High school diploma;
