We are looking for an intelligent, reliable and talented full-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Must be a TEAM PLAYER! The successful candidate will be a part of a team which is responsible for providing our patients with a comfortable, friendly and efficient orthodontic experience. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Pay: From $14 per hour & up

Schedule:

Monday 8AM to 5PM

Tuesday 8AM to 5PM

Wednesday 8AM to 5PM

Thursday 8AM to 5PM

Friday (1/month) 8AM to 1PM

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)
• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Changing archwires, fitting bands, bonding brackets, bonding Invisalign attachments
• Treating a full column of patients and potentially emergency columns as well
• Taking iTero scans, impressions, photos, and radiographs of excellent qualities
• Helping with labwork, help make retainers
• Contribute to the overall organization of the team by being focused and prepared ahead of schedule
• Talk to patients about their lives and engage them personally
• Answering the phone enthusiastically as needed
• Morning Meeting reports; appliances, scheduling opportunities, challenges, patients with special needs, attention/love
• Be a part of a clinical team that meets the daily agreements for notes, care calls, progress reports, referrals back to the General Dentist
• Help the team stays on schedule, and directing the doctor to the appropriate chair for maximum efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
